  My Mitsubishi Projection TV recently started to have problems where the colors look separated like a 3D type of video. Some online research revealed the problem may be the convergence chip. When I contacted Tabbert's, the technician (Mark) immediately suggested that the problem was most likely the convergence chip based upon my problem description. He was friendly and was very upfront about the cost of the repair. After calling other service reps listed on Mitsubishi's support page (Tabbert's is also listed on the page), I found that Tabbert's had the most competitive price. Combining their expertise and cost, I selected Tabbert's to help repair my TV. When the service rep arrived at my house (Ralphy), he was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He had the chip replaced in about 30-40 minutes. At the end, when we were given the invoice, it turned out that the actual cost was actually a few dollars cheaper than the estimate I was given! Although the difference was inconsequential, I appreciated their honesty since they could have easily charged me the amount they quoted. I will definitely recommend Tabbert's to my friends for any TV repairs.
