  This company is horrible if you are a property owner. I have had really horrible experiences on more than one occasion and i'm in the process of canceling them. They never answer their phones (or maybe they're avoiding me because they don't have any answers for me). Every time there is a repair needed, nobody contacts me the repairs are made at a ridiculous price and no details about the repair are given. On one occasion they attempted to bill me for a repair that was the tenants fault. When I sent a repairman out there and I saw the pictures of the damage the owner made, I sent the pictures to RPM and they still had me pay for the repair out of the deposit from the tenant because they stated the tenant could not afford the repair and said they would have the tenant repay that money if she moved out. The people in the office never know what they're talking about and cannot provide answers questions about repairs. I'm so fed up.. feel like it's a game they're playing and I'm chasing to try and get some answers.
