  My favorite Norms, can't remember a bad experience at this place and it's always open. Some items on the menu are timed based like they stop serving certain items at 11pm for example but completely understandable. Brenda is the best server you can ask for as well, she really takes care of the customer. If you get a chance, get her! Great place, great food but prepare for it to get packed at times on the weekend with Downeys nightlife at 10p to 3am.

  Good value. Very crowded on weekends. As a result, they like to rush you out by bringing the bill with your food. The gumbo soup is fantastic!

  Since my last review, this location no longer provides free Wi-Fi to its customers. Ill be retracting my 5 star rating.
