  We were verbally told and given a slip of paper with an appointment time and date.
  
  We came on the appointment time and date and were told the appointment is for next week, despite being told and having a written paper from the hospital for today.
  
  Security guards and reception staff are on their phones playing games, texting, browsing the internet - if you ask them for help or where something is, they'll look up and say they don't know.
  
  Paying high fees to have insurance here, always paying co pays, you would expect professionalism and good customer service. Instead, we've experienced foul ups, lack of empathy, lazy working staff, and an apparent only care for money here.
