  Went in on Weds 8/16/17 around 3:30pm. Was completely ignore by two male employees who seems to be more concerned with yapping all day. Walked right past me. Saw me and didn't say a word. Absolutely horrible customer service. Never again.

  Came to pick up an online order and the guy who" helped me" took more than ten minutes to to try to look for it. I swear he must be high or something. Couldn't even write down my name. They had some lame rap music on. I was confused. Finally they told me that they had received but that they would have it ready tomorrow. Very rude I will cancel my hot topic credit card and won't be coming to this location ever again. Idiots. The guys name was "Lucky"
