  I don't normally write reviews for plumbers, or really any service related home improvement company, but I had to write a review for Empire Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning today. I call them with a different phone though.
  
  I had another plumbing company out, the smell good guys, and was very disappointed. My water heater was making a loud rumbling sound and banging. The smell good guys said I needed a new water heater at $2600 plus permits. I thought that was crazy so I paid them their minimum service fee. I got Empire Plumbing online and they offered free second opinions.
  
  Roy came out and drained the water heater opened it up and discovered that the problem was just sediment build up. He power flushed the water heater out and now the problem is gone. Love these guys. They saved me $2,600.
  
  They were the real smell good plumbers.
