  Waiting is way too long. They have 10 people working there and 1 in the window helping. There's 3 managers in the back walking around doing nothing and there's long lines and waiting 30- to an HR. Managers are bad there and lazy.

  Waited in line for over 30 mins because there was only one teller!!! They originally started with 2 tellers... but apparently she went to lunch!!! I will never come to this Bank of America again!!!
