  It's ok. Machines work fine but every once in a while I'll get one that doesn't rinse well. Also the bigger lady that tends to work evenings likes to start locking doors by 8:30 even though last wash is at 9 and the place closes at 10. Makes it really difficult to carry laundry back to my car when I have to keep knocking to be let in to grab the next round.
