  Great service! I needed help with accessories for my IPhone and also had questions about compatibility with some accessories. The Apple Tech, Computer Tech and Geek Squad took their time to help me. I will definitely go back to that store.

  Best buy is cool, my review is based off the customer service we received. I was interested in purchasing a laptop With a printer capable of printing paper & photos. And a HP Sprocket. We were there for 30 minutes no one helped us. We called on help and I told the best buy employee which laptop I was interested in, and before I could ask about the printer he went to get the laptop from the back. When he came back and I asked the difference between two printers he read off the card I already read. Didn't seem to know much about the printer and wasn't a really good sales man. I had to make two purchases because he was so fast on ringing me up that I wasn't able to get all I came for. The second employee who worked with us was very informed on his information on electronics and very nice
